Accessibility at Triad Suzuki Academy

We want every family who visits us online to feel welcome and able to find what they need.

Our commitment

Triad Suzuki Academy is a place for families of every kind, and our website should be too. We are committed to making this site welcoming and usable for everyone who visits, including families who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or larger text. Access matters to us because music is for everyone.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard widely used to measure whether a website is usable by people with a broad range of abilities. It guides the choices we make as we build and update the site.

What we have built for access

You can move through every page and use our music practice games with a keyboard alone, no mouse required. We label our content so screen readers can announce it clearly, and our games speak their questions and feedback aloud as you play. We honor your system setting for reduced motion, so animations calm down when you ask your device to limit them. We hold our text and background colors to a readable contrast, and we write descriptive alt text for the images that carry meaning.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear from you. Please email us at contact@triadsuzuki.com or call or text the studio at (336) 265-7276, and let us know what got in your way. We will do our best to respond promptly and to help you find what you need in the meantime.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a box we check once. As we add pages and features, we test and refine so the site keeps working well for every family. Your feedback is a gift that helps us do that better.
