In Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, which include East Forsyth High School here in town, the Winston-Salem Symphony introduces every fourth and fifth grader to the orchestra. Each May, Spring Folly brings live music to downtown Kernersville on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the month.
